Exchanges or returns will only be accepted for items that arrive at our office in perfect condition and in the same condition and manner in which they arrived to you.
Changes or returns must be within the first 15 days of receiving the product.
The shipping cost will always be borne by the customer.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event that the product is defective or has a defect, the CUSTOMER must contact CLIMENT 1890 at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving the order.
CLIMENT 1890 will be responsible for all the expenses involved in collecting the product/s and the subsequent delivery of the new product/s, provided that once they have been examined, provided that once they have been examined, the existence of defects in them is confirmed.
The return or replacement of the defective Product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which CLIMENT 1890 has sent an email to the customer with the confirmation of the return or replacement of the product.
In the event that the product cannot be replaced by an identical one, the amount paid will be fully refunded to the customer, including courier costs. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used.
